Cold Season Wellness Tea
Kids are back to school, the days are getting shorter and colder and you are coming down with a cold. Here is a tea to help you bounce back.
Steep 5-7 minutes
Ingredients: basil, black peppercorns, caraway seed, cardamom, cinnamon, Cloves, Dried ginger pieces, eucalyptus, flavour, lemon grass, licorice root, orange peels, parsely, peppermint, valerian root, yarrow root
If your feeling a little run down or a cold is coming on reach for a cup of this tea to give your body a boost.
Steep 3-6 minutes.
Excellent evening tea to help relax your for the evening or help you relax before bed time.
