Oolong tea is a wonderful tasting tea that has an array of tastes. It is like a green tea but it is oxidized like black tea but not fully oxidized so it maintains some of that fresh green tea taste.  Some Oolongs taste more like a black tea and some more like a green tea. The key is in how long the tea leaves have been left to oxidized. Steeping times range from 2-4 minutes.
