Rooibos is a South African tea that is sometimes called “red tea”. It has no caffeine naturally and is full of antioxidants. The flavor is mild, sweet and smooth. This tea is wonderful hot or cold. This tea is very forgiving in that you do not need to watch the temperature of the water or steeping time. It is a great tea to make red-lattes or red-cappuccinos by preparing a very strong tea concentrate. Steeping times range from 5-8 minutes.
